The LAAS monthly meetings have returned to the Griffith Observatory and are held in the Leonard Nimoy Event Horizon Theater. Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month, with the exception of January. During January, the meeting is replaced by the annual banquet. We try to arrange for a program or speaker for each meeting, and attempt to provide as much variety in the programs we offer as we can. We especially encourage members to make presentations of their own, perhaps astrophotographs, or observation reports, or any other activities that might interest the other members.
Meetings are held from 8:00 pm and go until 10 pm. The address is listed below and linked to a map.

Due to the fact that the Griffith Observatory facility is closed to the public on Mondays, attendance at the general meeting is restricted to LAAS members and their guests.
